Siola Hashorva is a business attorney and the Founder, President, and Chairwoman of the Albanian American Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School and a law degree from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Law in Albania, and brings more than two decades of combined legal and business experience in the United States.

Prior to establishing her legal practice, she served as a corporate controller within an American corporation, gaining firsthand insight into the financial and operational realities of business. In 2012, she founded The Hashorva Law Firm, PLLC, where she advises entrepreneurs and companies primarily in business and corporate law.

Through her work with numerous Albanian-American businesses across Michigan, she developed a deep understanding of the community’s economic landscape and entrepreneurial potential. Motivated by a vision to strengthen collaboration, advocacy, and economic opportunity, she founded the Albanian American Chamber of Commerce to serve as a unified platform supporting the long-term success of Albanian-American businesses.

Adrian Bazaj is a founding leader of the Albanian American Chamber of Commerce, bringing decades of global project management experience and strategic leadership to the organization. With an electrical engineering degree and an MBA, he has led complex initiatives and multimillion-dollar projects across international markets, earning a reputation for precision, disciplined execution, and results-driven leadership.

In addition to his work with the Chamber, Adrian is a co-founder of Amareaux Interior Design, where he applies his operational expertise to support the delivery of high-end residential design projects with efficiency, structure, and world-class professionalism.

As Founder, Vice President, and Chair of the Events Committee, Adrian plays a central role in advancing the Chamber’s strategic vision. He leads the development of partnerships, programs, and high-impact events designed to strengthen professional networks, foster collaboration, and elevate the Albanian-American business community.

Rejla Bozdo

Rejla Bozdo is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Tirana and a strategic communications and reputation management expert with more than 25 years of professional experience across business, media, academia and public life.

Her career focuses on corporate reputation, public relations and strategic communication. She holds a PhD in Economic Sciences from the University of Tirana and an MBA from the Institut Universitaire Kurt Bösch in Switzerland, and has completed advanced education and training at institutions including American University in Washington DC and Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Rejla has held executive roles in business consulting and communications and has led initiatives in media, entrepreneurship and civic engagement, positioning her at the intersection of strategic leadership, public discourse and institutional reputation.

Leonat Lumaj is an entrepreneur, investor, and business leader with experience across construction, real estate development, property management, and wellness industries. Over the course of more than 25 years, he has built and led a diversified portfolio of enterprises and currently oversees multiple companies alongside an extensive real estate investment portfolio.

His business approach reflects disciplined growth, strategic reinvestment and long-term value creation across industries.

As a Founding Director of the Albanian American Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Lumaj brings a strong perspective on business development, investment strategy and economic opportunity, supporting the Chamber’s mission of strengthening entrepreneurship and long-term economic growth within the Albanian-American business community.

Marjan “Mario” Camaj is an Albanian-American entrepreneur and restaurateur behind some of Metro Detroit’s most acclaimed fine dining destinations. His portfolio has earned both national and local recognition, including Tallulah Wine Bar & Bistro’s selection as one of the Top 100 Restaurants in America in 2019 based on OpenTable reviews, along with recognition from Forbes.

Mario has built a portfolio defined by fine dining establishments and award-winning design spaces and continues to set the standard for modern dining and entertainment in Metro Detroit.

Mario was born and raised in Tuzi, Montenegro, before relocating to Michigan in 2001. He began his career in hospitality as a server’s assistant, rising through the ranks into management and ultimately purchasing his first restaurant in 2013. Mario is a certified sommelier and remains invested in his family’s vineyard in Montenegro, where his early appreciation for food and wine was cultivated. Today, his restaurant portfolio includes Tallulah Wine Bar & Bistro, BESA Detroit, Zana Birmingham, The Franklin Oyster Bar, and Ora in Detroit.

His leadership has established his restaurants among Detroit’s most sought-after dining destinations. He now draws on his experience as a successful restaurateur and sommelier to curate distinctive and elevated dining, nightlife, and entertainment experiences across Metro Detroit.

Paskal Qerama

Paskal Qerama is an entrepreneur and investor whose professional journey reflects the classic story of determination, opportunity, and entrepreneurial success. Born and raised in Albania, he earned an engineering degree from the University of Tirana before immigrating to the United States with his family in 1998 in pursuit of greater opportunity.

Through hard work, vision, and entrepreneurial courage, Mr. Qerama built and led a successful service enterprise that grew into a large workforce operation serving major commercial clients, at times managing between 200 and 300 employees and contractors, before later transitioning into commercial real estate investment.

Deeply connected to the Albanian-American community, he maintains strong relationships with many small and mid-sized business owners and entrepreneurs. As a Founding Director of the Albanian American Chamber of Commerce, he brings valuable insight into grassroots entrepreneurship and represents the voice of hardworking business builders across the community.
